For determining the ash content in paper, cardboard and other cellulosic material, by burning an exactly weighed quantity with Digital Temperature Indicator.

The unit consist of a silicate tube surrounded by the heating element enclosed in a asbestos lined metal cylinder.

It is mounted on a stand with a adjustable holder, with, plug and socket. Maximum
temperature 900 Degrees C reached in one hour.

The apparatus is lacquered and the machined parts are nickeled and chromium
plated.
 

Power consumption: 180-200 Watts.
