CONCORA  FLUTER

For the preparation of corrugated samples for flat pressure corrugated core paper CMT and corrugated vertical pressure (CCT).

 Concora Medium Fluter consists of 2 directly heated fluted rollers with 175 ±5°C, covered through a front plate and pressed against each other with definite force. The rollers are directly heated rapidly with the high quality elements which consumes less electricity.

The sample is inserted from the top and comes out fluted from an opening in the lower area of the equipment. The sample is glued on a tape and is then ready for testing in a crush tester model no. FLT-3016
