For producing pulp from various
fibrous material with specified and control condition under pressure,
temperature and time. Produces pulp in a manner similar to a commercial
digester. It is easy to operate and features precise control of the pulping
variables, to ensure good repeatability of results.
A stainless steel 316 pressure
tested vessel constructed body with with
jacketted heater to raise the required temp. of the cooking media inside and
devices to display the parameter like pressure, temperature and time duration.
The vessels attach to a cabinet with control panel and rotate with change of
turning of direction to ensure efficient agitation of the cooking media.
